A survivor of the October 1, 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas, is suing his employer in Connecticut, saying he was discriminated against, and subjected to a hostile work environment after he informed the Elevator Service Company he was diagnosed with PTSD. Charles Giampolo says his employers told him to “Suck it up” and “Get over it.” Giampolo was not hit by gunfire, but his father in law was among the 58 dead.
