Two people have been arrested after a Reno Police SWAT investigation that had officers looking for suspects in a number of thefts from the Apple Store at the Summit Mall.
Police found the suspects late Sunday in a car in the 1300 block of Wright Street in Reno and tried to stop them, but the suspects ran into a house. When they wouldn’t come out, police set up a perimeter and called in SWAT. They used gas, leading 37-year-old Christopher Chang and 24-year-old Jennifer Chang walking from the house and being arrested. Police say they aren’t sure of the Changs’ relationship. Christopher Chang is charged with failure to appear after a felony, disobeying a peace officer and drug possession. Jennifer Chang is charged with failure to appear and resisting a public officer.
