The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of car burglaries. Apparently cars were randomly burglarized between Friday and early Monday, in the Lake Tahoe area. The Sheriff’s Office is reminding the public, don’t leave anything of value in your vehicle when parked in public parking lots, trail heads and Tahoe Beach access points along Highway 50.
