A precautionary boil water notice has been issued for the East Valley Water System in the Skyline Service Area of Douglas County.  The affected areas include East Valley Road to Fuller Avenue to the west and Johnson Lane north to Stephanie Way.  Douglas County says the precautionary boil water notice was due to a computer failure that resulted in low water pressure in the Skyline service area. The county hopes to be able to rescind the precautionary boil water notice by Friday.
