Assembly Bill 456 raises the minimum wage to $12 an hour by 2024, SB312 requires employers to offer employees earned paid leave, and SB166 codifies protections for equal pay. Senate Bill 448 authorizes up to $10 million per year in tax credits for the creation of affordable housing, fulfilling a pledge Gov. Sisolak made in his State of the State address, and Senate Bill 425 expands federal funding the state receives to assist vulnerable populations with affordable housing.
