Mark IV Capital, a privately held real estate company, has acquired the Crossroads Commerce Center in Fernley, with the help of CBRE. The 4,300-acre property has been rebranded the “Victory Logistics District.” The project is anticipated to be a Class-A distribution, manufacturing and commercial center. Victory Logistics District is about 30 miles east of Reno and 15 miles east of the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, which is virtually sold out. E-Dawn estimates the project could mean 10,000 jobs, direct and indirect.
