A Las Vegas pain specialist is going to prison. 67 year old Steven Holper was sentenced to 41 months in prison for illegally distributing a controlled substance. When he was first charged he’d said he’d done nothing illegal, but he pleaded guilty to one charge in December. At least one of his patients died of a Fentanyl overdose.
