For the second time in a week, Washoe County Sheriff’s deputies have made an illegal dumping arrest in Sun Valley. 24 year old Zacariah Baker was booked for illegal disposal, after someone reported Sunday morning that a vehicle had been left in the hills on the east side of Sun Valley. Deputies followed the trail, and other witnesses came forward with descriptions of the suspect.
