A law firm hired by the City of Henderson says former City Attorney Josh Reid anonymously made public records requests and false complaints, that cost the city money. The law firm Bailey Kennedy says the alleged misbehavior cost the city more than $150,000, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal. Reid says the allegations are unfounded and defamatory. The report says after Reid left city employment, he continued to submit claims and records requests. The letter accuses Reid of submitting about 15 anonymous and accusatory complaints about city management that he knew were false, which the city spent $40,000 investigating. Josh Reid is the son of former Senator Harry Reid.
