The actress known for her role as scientist Rhonda LeBeck in the 1990 film “Tremors” has been arrested in Las Vegas on a stolen vehicle charge. 59 year old Finn Carter also faces 14 counts of improper possession of someone else’s credit card. She has apparently lived in Las Vegas for more than a year, and may be at least partially homeless.
