The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing woman, last seen in the area of Bordertown, Thursday, August 22nd. 69 year old Flora Spencer, was last seen by her husband walking towards Bordertown, just north of Cold Springs. They had been staying in a van on a dirt road behind Bordertown when she left on foot to get supplies. Flora Spencer is white female, 5 feet tall, 90 pounds, and missing front teeth. She was last seen wearing a floral shirt and hat.
