South Lake Tahoe Police say a Gardnerville man thought he was hooking up with an underage girl. But the person he was trying to arrange sex with, was actually a detective posing as a teenage girl. They say 55-year-old Robert Oakes asked to meet the girl on a bike path near South Lake Tahoe High School Wednesday where he was arrested. He had a tent, condoms and a pillow in his car, according to police.
