The 16th possible hate crime or incident of the year is being investigated by the University of Nevada. The latest is the discovery of a swastika, in a stairwell of the universities new student housing, at Circus Circus in downtown Reno. Those 15 other hate crime complaints involve everything from “offensive music,” to graffitti encouraging suicide.
