Senator Jacky Rosen, a member of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and a former software business person is hailing a report by “Software.org: the BSA Foundation” highlighting Nevada as the state with the highest growth of software jobs in the nation in 2019. Senator Rosen says “Through education and workforce development, we are creating a well-trained and highly skilled people pipeline that is capable of meeting the needs of a 21st century economy.” She adds “Nevada’s technology sector is quickly growing into one of the premier hiring industries in the United States.”
