The Reno Police Department is investigating a shooting at Mira Loma Park. The call came in around 1:30PM Monday. Police confirm a man was shot in the torso and was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Secret Witness is offering a $1,500 cash reward for information leading to an arrest and prosecution in the case. Police say the man may have been the victim of a robbery, and they are looking for a suspect. Dodson Elementary School was on a temporary Code Yellow Lockdown because of the nearby police activity.
