The Carson City Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help finding a missing woman. They say 21-year-old Kayla Wingerd went missing on September 1. She was last seen by the Sands Regency in Reno. CCSO says she is described as 5’8″ tall, weighing around 150 pounds and has brown hair with blue eyes. They said she has a heart tattoo over her right breast and a treble clef symbol on her left arm.
