A man has been arrested after a single vehicle roll-over on Wingfield Springs Road and Eagle Wing Circle in Sparks. It happened around 9:15 p.m. last night. Sparks Police say the driver was the only one in the vehicle and was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
