The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office credits a concerned citizen’s call for leading to the arrest of two people Wednesday suspected of having a stolen motor vehicle. 27-year-old Daniel Argueta and 34-year-old Lydia Bonta, both of Reno were booked on suspicion of possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Argueta also had outstanding arrest warrants. A deputy went to the area of Caughlin Parkway near Hawken Road Wednesday morning about 10:45 after a Caughlin Ranch resident reported the suspicious vehicle. The vehicle had been stolen in Reno on Tuesday. Both suspects were taken into custody.
