A judge has denied an attorney’s request for reduced bail for his client who is facing attempted murder charges. The decision was announced late Wednesday afternoon. Police say 24-year-old Ivan Biondi tried to strangle a woman to death with whom he had been romantically involved on April 12, at the woman’s home on Taylor Street.  His attorney requested his bail be reduced from $1 million to $100,000. Trial begins August 2020.
