The Reno Police Department has released an image from a surveillance video of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run fatality Tuesday morning near Wooster High School.  Police described the vehicle as a black 1988 to 1993 GMC 1500 standard cab pickup. Police said it has a broken passenger side headlight from the crash and has red running lights on the passenger side of the pickup under the passenger door.  Secret Witness is offering a $2,000 reward.
