Reno Rodeo Foundation Board member and business owner Katie Coombs is running for the District Two board member seat on the Nevada State Board of Education. District Two covers Washoe County and the rural areas of Northern Nevada. Coombs believes that her work as a financial advisor for over two decades would be a big asset for the board.
