A Washoe County Sheriff’s Deputy spotted a stolen SUV, and that led to the arrest of five juveniles in the North Valleys. Just before 8AM on Sky Vista Parkway near Angel Falls Drive Tuesday, Deputy Miguel Diaz saw the suspects removing a bumper from a white SUV, which later turned out to be stolen out of Reno. As the deputy walked up to the SUV, the suspects ran .
