Nevada casino regulators adopted new guidelines banning workplace sexual bias and discrimination. The state gaming commission unanimously passed the new rules, which take place effective immediately and prohibit discrimination and harassment of a person based on the person’s race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ability, or national origin.
