The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on westbound I-80 at Boomtown. It happened just before 8:30 last night. Troopers blocked off one lane on westbound I-80 during the investigation. The driver was arrested for suspicion of driving under in the influence. The name of the victim has not been released.
