Officials have identified 50-year-old Martha Rodriguez-Guerrero as the pedestrian killed in the fatal crash that occurred last Wednesday on I-80 near Boomtown. According to Nevada Highway Patrol, the investigation shows that a silver Nissan Pathfinder was traveling westbound on I-80 when a pedestrian that had been standing on the shoulder, stepped in front of the vehicle. The driver of the Nissan, 21-year-old Francene Irene Vasquez, was located and arrested for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence and Driving with a Suspended License.
