The Sparks Police Department is investigating a shooting that injured one man near the Aloha Inn early Monday afternoon. The incident happened around 12:15 p.m. at the north McCarran Boulevard parking lot. Authorities say two adult men were involved, and one victim is believed to have at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital, their condition has not been released. Police say they have a suspected shooter in custody but haven’t released his name.
