The arrival of the first baby born in Reno this decade was announced Wednesday morning by Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center. It’s a girl named Judith, she was welcomed by her parents Kathleen and Joel Pfaff at 2:23 am. Parents and baby are doing well.
