Two children were ejected Thursday morning in a rollover crash on U.S. 395 about 24 miles south of Lone Pine, California. The two who were ejected were not wearing safety devices. A 4-year-old died at the scene. Six other victims were taken for medical treatment. Four were children, ages 2, 6, 9 and 12. Yessica Navarette, of Moreno Valley, Calif., was driving north when her dodge drifted off the road onto the east dirt shoulder. In redirecting the vehicle, it rotated to the west shoulder where it rolled.
