A teenager was hit by a car early Wednesday in Spanish Springs.  Washoe County Sheriffs office says it happened just before 8AM on on Eagle Canyon Drive west of Pyramid Way. The 13-year-old boy was on a bicycle when he was hit. He was taken to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. According to the Washoe County School District, more than 20 students have been hit by cars since school started in August.
