Man Gets 20 Year Sentence in Fatal Hit & Run

A man who pleaded guilty in a Dayton fatal hit and run case, has gotten a 20 year sentence. 39 year old James Parisi has parole eligibility after seven years on one count of Duty to stop at the scene of an accident causing death. During the early morning hours of August 15th, 2019, Parisi was driving up Six Mile Canyon Road, while 59 year old Michael Kuntz was walking with his dogs. Parisi veered left of center, crossing over the roadway, fatally striking Kuntz, then fled the scene.
