A child was taken to a hospital Wednesday, after a car backed into a residence in the North Valleys. It was reported around 9:30 a.m. on Chapman Place. The Reno Police Department said the driver has an underlying medical issue that may have contributed to the crash. Two people were inside the home and were not hurt. Four people inside the vehicle included three children and an adult. One of the children was taken to a hospital as a precaution with injuries that are said to be minor.
