A man in Washoe County has a presumptive test of the COVID-19 coronavirus, the Washoe County District Health Department announced Thursday night. The test has been sent to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for confirmation.  The district described him as a man in his 50s who was linked to the Grand Princess cruise ship outbreak.
