Award-winning journalist and Reno resident Ed Cohen filed for Congress as a Democrat in Nevada’s 2nd Congressional district. Cohen currently works as Communications and Marketing Director for a Reno-based nonprofit and nonpartisan organization that provides education to the judiciary. Cohen pledged to run on a message of “Truth Matters” and presented a 10-point “Constituents Bill of Rights Served by a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives,” emphasizing truth, candor, and transparency, that will guide his service to the people of the 2nd District.
