Washoe County reported 21 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the total cases to 184. The county also reported eight new recoveries, giving Washoe County 26 recoveries overall. The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office reported two employees tested positive. One is a deputy who has been out of the office since March 11 and has not been back to work since then. The deputy will remain home until cleared to work. The other is a civilian employee who had worked a few days after returning from a vacation. The sheriff’s office said she had no interaction with the public.
