A 12th person in Washoe County has died from a COVID-19 related illness, Washoe County reported Sunday. The latest victim was a man in his 90s. An investigation is underway to determine if there were underlying conditions, the county said. 46 new positive tests of COVID-19 in Washoe County and two more recoveries were also reported. That gives Washoe County 461 cases and 61 recoveries. Thirty people are currently hospitalized for COVID-19 related illness and 28 have been discharged. The county said it tested 280 people Saturday at its drive-through site.
