Washoe County officials are reporting another death due to COVID-19, bringing the number of deaths in the county to 14. The patient was a man in his 70s. It is being investigated if he had underlying health conditions.

The County also reported 17 new positive cases, and 11 new recoveries.

Here is the current breakdown: 549 total cases of COVID-19; 432 active cases; 32 currently hospitalized; 14 discharged patients; 103 recoveries; 54 percent of short-term, acute-care hospital beds are occupied, up 1% since Monday; 49 percent of the Intensive Care Unit beds are occupied, up 6%; 23 percent of ventilators are in use, up 1%.
