Washoe County is reporting a new COVID-19-related death. The patient was a man in his 70s. This is the 30th death tied to COVID-19 in Washoe County. There are 14 new positive cases, bringing the total number of cases in the county to 848.

Nevada now has 230 Covid 19 related deaths. and 4,900 corona virus cases statewide.

Clark County is nearing 200 COVID-19 related deaths after the number grew by 10 overnight, bringing the total to 198, according to the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD). Clark County also saw an increase of cases in the last 24 hours, up 98 from Tuesday.

Of Nevada’s now 4,898 positive cases, 3,891 are reported in Clark County.
