A man has been arrested in connection to an arson investigation after a fire at an apartment complex on Broadway Boulevard early Monday morning killed two residents, and displaced 13 others. 31 year old Brian Bandy of Sun Valley was taken into custody for Arson 1st Degree and False Imprisonment with the use of a deadly weapon the same day the fire occurred.
