More Than 1,000 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Nevada Thursday

More than 1,000 new COVID-19 cases and 21 COVID-19-related deaths were revealed Thursday morning, according to the state of Nevada. It was the third day in a row the state recorded 20 or more deaths from covid in a single day. This higher-than-normal number could be due to a delay in death reporting by both the state and county. Data released Thursday shows 1,018 new COVID-19 cases in Nevada. Of the 21 new deaths, 18 are in Clark County.
