The Regional Transportation Commission will be closing lanes on Sparks Boulevard between Greg Street and Baring Boulevard starting tonight. Crews will be sampling pavement and soils, and surveying for a future widening project. You’ll see minor lane or shoulder closures between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m., Monday through Friday, for about two months.
The potential project is planned to include bicycle and pedestrian improvements. Exact construction dates will be determined when funding is identified.
