Washoe County School Trustees will appoint a replacement for Scott Kelley. Kelley resigned from the school board Thursday, after details of his messy divorce became public, including allegations that he harassed his ex, placed tracking devices on her car, and other allegations. Two board members asked for his resignation. Kelly said in a statement “The current political climate makes it impossible for me to be viewed as innocent until proven guilty.”
