NV Energy is warning Incline Village customers they may have to take their power down, out of concerns about wildfires. That could happen Friday starting at 7 a.m. This outage would impact 8,783 customers and is expected to last about eleven hours. This timeframe includes the duration of the weather event and an estimate of how long it will take crews to inspect the lines for damage, vegetation, or debris in order to begin safely restoring power.
