Reno Fire Department is on the lookout for a serial arsonist. Fire investigators believe a string of fires in Southeast Reno, in the Hidden Valley area and Mira Loma, were deliberately set, possibly by the same person. Three dumpsters were torched near Rosewood Parks Apartments Sunday, several cars were damaged by fires Monday.
