Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford says anyone trying to intimidate voters on Election Day will face prosecution. He says voter intimidation, and electioneering at the polls is illegal in Nevada. Ford says on NBC, trained poll watchers who go through a process are perfectly legal, but people showing up in candidate “swag” and confronting voters or poll workers isn’t.
