Nevada Governor’s New COVID-19 Restrictions Are Now in Effect

The new COVID restrictions announced by Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak on Sunday are now in effect. This includes reducing the capacity of restaurants and bars, casinos and gyms to 25 percent of capacity instead of 50 percent. Restaurants will be required to take reservations for dining. No walk ins. Public gatherings, which had been up to 250 people, are now limited to 25 percent of fire capacity or 50 people, whichever is less. This includes churches. Adult and youth sports tournaments are put on hold.
