A Douglas County deputy was injured in a shooting in Gardnerville last night.  It happened around 11:15 near the corner of Douglas Avenue and Gilman Avenue. Carson Now reports the deputy was shot in the neck and flown to Renown Medical Center in Reno with serious injuries. His condition has not been released.  Two suspects are reportedly in custody, one man and one woman. One of the suspects was shot in the hand and taken to Carson Valley Medical Center. Investigators say they are not looking for any other suspects.
