Prado Ranch Project Heading Back to The Reno City Council

Plans for a 1500 home housing project in Lemmon Valley are going back to the Reno City Council later this month. The Prado Ranch development is a master planned community, that residents have been fighting. They claim it’s at risk for flooding, and would bring unwanted traffic with the widening of Lemmon Drive. The council has put off approval for sometime, and the developers did not ask for approval in late 2019, or 2020.
