A man died Wednesday afternoon in a head-on crash on Sun Valley Boulevard near Quartz Lane. The man was not wearing his seatbelt, according to investigators. Another person had a minor injury and was not taken to the hospital. The crash closed Sun Valley Boulevard in both directions from Quartz Lane to Middlefork Drive for several hours.
