Detectives with the Reno Police Department arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting in northeast Reno. Eighteen-year-old Dante Giovanni Degrado of Sparks is facing charges of Open Murder with a Deadly Weapon and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Police said the homicide does not appear to be gang related.
