Mobile Vaccination Units Will Serve Rural And Tribal Communities

Two mobile vaccination units arrived in Reno Monday, and they are headed to rural areas across the state, to deliver thousands of COVID-19 doses to those who can’t easily access vaccination sites. Governor Steve Sisolak was there for the launch–

The units are heading out one day after the state opened up vaccinations to anyone 16 and older. The mobile vaccination unit can carry as many as 8,000 doses and will be administering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine which only requires one dose.
